**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage full cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify transactions and balances
- Utilize accounting software Sage and Microsoft 365 for efficient record-keeping
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenditures
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and provide solutions
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions
- Organize and conduct purchasing orders, keep records for tracking and delivery deadlines
- Ensure market research for best purchase price options

**Skills**
- At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage and Microsoft 365 is essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Experience with payroll processing and related regulations
- Purchasing and market research experience
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
