Kingsway Manor Homes boasts a distinguished legacy in crafting luxury homes that enhance the GTA's architectural landscape. We've created exquisite residences in areas such as the Kingsway, Lakeshore, Avenue Road, Lorne Park, and Caledon. Additionally, our affiliated sister company specializes in property management, ensuring the seamless upkeep of our real estate assets.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of progressive bookkeeping experience, ideally across diverse corporate entities
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, a cornerstone of our financial operations
- Exposure to property management practices is a distinct advantage
- Previous involvement with a construction enterprise is a notable asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both Kingsway Manor Homes and our sister company's property management ventures
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision
- Perform thorough reconciliations of bank statements and financial documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review
- Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Assist in optimizing financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency

**Schedule**:

- This role offers flexible working hours, and can be a minimum of 28-35 hours per week
- Standard working days from Monday to Thursday

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
