**Job Summary**:

- Take the lead on all bookkeeping activities
- AR/AP/Payroll
- Reconcile accounts, credit cards, bank accounts, monthly vendors statements
- Post & Maintain journal entries
- Month End, Quarter End and Final Reports
- Strong Quick Books& MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail & Organized

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Netsuite experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Proficient written and oral English skills
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

**Education**:

- Accounting Diploma or Degree

**Salary**:

- $25.00-$37.00 per hour depending on experience and job performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
