We are a thriving medical spa in Central Surrey. We perform various services including laser hair removal, hydrafacial, laser resfuracing and injectables along with ZO and Jane Iredale products.

We are located at Market Crossing in South Buranby. This location includes free parking.

**Job description**

We are seeking to hire someone who is friendly, energetic, and organized.

Required Skills and Experience
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Greet clients and guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Register customers and collect documentation
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Perform a variety of other clerical and reception duties
- Call and write prospective customers to book consultations
- Strong abilities with office suite and gmail.
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram

**Tools we use**
- Jane App
- Mailchimp
- Go High Level CRM

**Preferred Experience**

Knowledge of medical spa services and products including ZO Skincare. Most important is ability to hanlde the volume of customer service interactions and ability to sell over the phone. Knowledge of treatments and products is prefferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$27.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
