Property Maintenance Technician

As our Property Maintenance Technician, your main focus is to be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the exterior grounds, parking garage, and waste management systems of the property.
**Responsibilities will include, at a minimum**:

- Regularly empty trash and recycling bins throughout the property.
- Inspect and maintain outdoor facilities, ensuring all areas are safe and accessible.
- Taking initiative when corrective action is necessary and removing any identified hazards;
- Ensuring proper disposal of garbage and debris from the properties;
- Ensuring a thorough knowledge and understanding of all health, safety and emergency procedures
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the garage and storage areas.
- Completing other related duties as required and within the scope of the role.
- Assisting other Property Maintenance Technicians with repairs to rental properties as needed, during occupancy and during the transition of residents from units (turnovers);
Must Haves
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Must be proficient using a computer and MS-Office.

Additional Information
- Must have own vehicle with a clean drivers abstract.
- Available and able to work on the rotational emergency on call schedule.
- Evening and weekend hours required from time-to-time.
