**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Marketing to attract and retain tenants.
- Coordinate property inspections with the superintendent to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions using Buildium software.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely property repairs and upkeep.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support property management activities.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping.
- Uphold company policies and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette for engaging with tenants and vendors.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and GSuite

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hamilton, ON L8N 2V3

Expected start date: 2025-02-01
