**What You’ll Do**

As our Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and performance of our brand’s marketing across all touchpoints:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead our multi-channel marketing strategy (e-commerce, content, social, paid, influencer, retail partnerships, PR).
- Team Building & Management: Grow and mentor an internal team and collaborate with external partners.
- Brand Stewardship: Protect and evolve our unique voice, visuals, and values while expanding reach.
- Campaign Execution: Own marketing calendars, launches, activations, and community engagement.
- Growth Marketing: Implement data-driven campaigns to increase brand awareness, sales, and retention.
- Collaborations, Partnerships & Licensed Products: Leverage strategic relationships, especially in sports/lifestyle crossovers.

**You Might Be a Fit If You...**
- Have experience in marketing, ideally in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Are a natural leader, strategic thinker, and hands-on executor.
- Have experience growing an emerging brand into national or international success.
- Are highly organized, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Possess strong analytical and creative chops.
- Have a passion for female-led storytelling, emotional branding, and sustainable luxury.
- Bonus: You bring knowledge of or enthusiasm for professional sports culture, branding, and fan communities (NHL experience = gold).
