Join us to help evolve the program, collaborate with amazing teams, and love what lies ahead. **Who we need** Reporting to the Director, Partnerships, we are looking for a Manager, Partnerships, to join our team. Working with a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in developing relationships with our owners and our partners to achieve critical business goals. - This is a hybrid role with the requirement to work in-office five days over two weeks._ **What's in it for you**: **_ Ownership. _**We are a data science-driven company, and our membership is growing exponentially. Whether you want to increase your influence in Partnerships or explore a career trajectory at one of our parent companies, there is always something to look forward to as we continue to grow. **As our new Manager, Partnerships, you will**: - _ Grow your insights - and leverage them._ You will get to know the key players at our partners and be part of new partnership discussions. You will establish yourself as a trusted and creative resource who can think critically and bring new ideas to the table. - _ Drive partner objectives._ You will work closely with new and existing partners to identify their business objectives. You will collaborate with the Account Director and internal teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and data analytics, to ensure continuous success through the creation of programs and experiences that achieve those objectives. - _ Liaise. _You will act as the central relationship lead for intake requests from our owner business lines and meet with key owner stakeholders regularly to explore opportunities where the team can add value to their businesses. **You bring**: - _ The experience._ You have experience taking a consulting approach to establishing and growing relationships across multiple levels, managing expectations and influencing decisions. You are a true partner and contributor, working alongside your clients and empowering them with the tools, strategies, resources, and project plans to meet business goals. You are data-driven and able to draw deep insights from your analysis, asking intelligent questions to obtain further insights and propose creative plans. As a strategic thought leader, you can independently execute your ideas and champion plans while remaining open and flexible to feedback. - _ The project management skills. _You can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication. You can identify gaps or problems, think critically, and propose and execute solutions. You can take the initiative and see it through from project plan to rollout, meeting deliverables, budget and timing, seamlessly adapting to changes in priorities, and shifting your focus when necessary. - _ The interpersonal skills._ You have outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills. You can navigate conflict, manage stressful situations, mediate, and facilitate discussions at any level.
