Tracking partnership performance, analyzing results, and preparing post‑event reports with insights and recommendations. Who You Are Post‑secondary graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, equipped with a strong foundation in partnership development. Relationship‑focused professional with a minimum of four years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or program management. Strategic thinker and clear communicator skilled at translating partnership initiatives into meaningful organizational outcomes. Highly organized and detail‑oriented contributor who excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment. Proficient user of Microsoft Office with the ability to produce polished briefs, presentations, reports, and partner materials.
