Please note this is a full time on site opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the gate keeper of our office operations, managing multiple priorities with a positive and helpful demeanor
- Help facilitate our monthly subsidized pet food stipend program across the organization (and other ad hoc program coordinator)
- Lead onboarding and off-boarding team members as it relates to integrating them into our physical space, or other aspects of the employee Lifecycle in collaboration with the Human Resources team
- Manage logistics for our monthly and annual “event” calendar in collaboration with Human Resources
- Manage budgets related to office operations with a skillful eye, while ensuring we create a remarkable environment for our employees
- Where required, prepare and book all travel for the Senior Leadership Team and manage all of the associated documentation
- Coordinate meetings with key team members, customers, and stakeholders, with the ability to prioritize and be a professional voice
- Identify efficiencies in processes to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Lead the Joint Health & Safety Committee and all Health & Safety efforts, including monthly safety inspections and regular meetings
- Manage COVID-19 safety protocols with regard to office operations, office reopening and people management (as needed)
- Contribute to improving communications and processes as we scale our team
- Be our resident expert on all thing’s operations, and expertly assist the team with questions related to the office

**You a**
- An undergraduate degree or higher level of education is preferred
- You’re calm, organized, and responsive - you take pride in your ability to enable and “get things done” consistently with an emphasis on quality execution
- You have a knack for building and cultivating relationships across all levels of the organization, and are an accessible and friendly bridge between our teams
- You are highly technically proficient, with a knack for tech, particularly in Google Suite, Sharepoint, MS Office and all of the apps in Google Drive (Asana considered an asset)
- You’re a quick learner and you can figure out new systems or programs on the fly and love finding ways to make process more efficient
- You are passionate about helping build an incredible Canadian company, and about pets
- This role is not remote, and individual will be required to work in office full time
