**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
- Establish work methods and schedules to meet service demands.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities in food preparation, portioning, and service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

**Staff Supervision & Training**:

- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of 3-4 employees.
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
- Hire and onboard new food service staff as needed.

**Customer Service & Quality Control**:

- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Foster a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

**Financial & Inventory Management**:

- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and control expenditures.
- Balance cash registers, complete daily reports, and manage financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of stock, sales, repairs, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Secondary (high) school diploma required; college/CEGEP or equivalent experience preferred.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant.
- Knowledge of food service operations, safety standards, and inventory control.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Work Conditions**:

- Fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
