Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. You will be instrumental in supporting key HR functions, enhancing employee experience, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, SAP).
  • Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage CNESST files and ensure compliance with all provincial labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR topics such as performance management and interviewing techniques.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Dayforce or SAP.
  • Strong understanding of Quebec labor laws and CNESST procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des ressources humaines proactif(ve) et polyvalent(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion. Ce poste est idéal pour un(e) professionnel(le) RH motivé(e), capable de s'épanouir dans un environnement rapide et stimulant, et désireux(se) d'avoir un impact concret sur les opérations et l'expérience employé.

Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer le processus complet de recrutement : affichage des postes, sélection des candidatures, entretiens et intégration.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des employés via les systèmes RH (ex. : Dayforce, SAP).
  • Organiser les programmes d'accueil et d'intégration pour les nouvelles recrues.
  • Servir de point de contact pour les relations avec les employés, répondre aux questions et résoudre les problèmes avec professionnalisme et empathie.
  • Gérer les dossiers CNESST et assurer la conformité avec les lois du travail du Québec.
  • Collaborer avec la direction pour développer et mettre en œuvre les politiques et procédures RH.
  • Soutenir les processus de paie et de gestion du temps, en assurant leur exactitude.
  • Animer des formations et ateliers sur des sujets RH tels que la gestion de la performance et les techniques d'entrevue.
  • Contribuer aux stratégies d'acquisition de talents et à l'image employeur.
  • Participer à la production de rapports RH et à l'analyse de données pour appuyer les décisions stratégiques.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe (atout).
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (généraliste ou coordination RH).
  • Maîtrise des systèmes RH tels que Dayforce ou SAP.
  • Bonne connaissance des lois du travail au Québec et des procédures CNESST.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, en français et en anglais.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Sens de la discrétion, de l'intégrité et du professionnalisme.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
