**Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the marketing department by executing key marketing activities, managing sales requests, and organizing marketing materials and SWAG. You will also take the lead on coordinating key marketing events, such as trade shows and customer activities. A creative mindset is essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining the image bank, updating label and literature graphics, and handling ad hoc creative requests. This position requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager.

**Office Policy**:
This is a full-time head office job

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and other marketing activities ensuring a seamless execution.
- Support and manage social media accounts, assisting in content creation to strength brand presence.
- Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, labels, and digital assets.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain and organize the company’s image bank, ensuring up-to-date and high-quality visuals.
- Maintain our document library in both English/French and coordinate translation
- Ensure the sales team has access to the latest marketing literature.
- Organize and manage SWAG inventory, handling sales requests and coordinating shipments.
- Handle shipping and coordination of requested or new items to sales and customers.
- Assist with organizing company events.
- Some travel may be required for event management.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and embrace change.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is a strong asset.
- Experience with Word Press and Elementor is an asset
- High level of initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn new skills and product lines.
