**QUALIFICATIONS**:

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with building materials

**SCOPE**: Reporting to the VP Marketing, The Assistant Marketing Manager will lead and help coordinate key marketing activities to drive awareness, create demand and increase education for this B2B building materials business. This full-time, hands-on position will require graphic design capabilities and will have exposure to event management, and digital as well as traditional marketing. Strong communication skills both verbal and written will be required to work across a variety of internal departments and with customers across North America.

The major responsibilities of the position are as follows:
1. Creation of communication and content to engage our audience of contractors, architects, builders and homeowners

2. Creation of visual materials to demonstrate products, educate and engage our audiences both internally and externally via data sheets, literature, events, presentations, website etc.

3. Analyze our performance and ROI. Monitor Google Analytics and analyze website traffic, digital marketing.. and make recommendations to optimize pages and marketing.

4. Collaborate with sales, technical and building science to develop and execute plans and initiatives for the market.

5. Website Management**:

- **Building webpages, creating landing pages and generally updating the website.

6. Some travel may be required

7. Attend all training sessions and work in accordance with the requirements of the

Occupational Health & Safety Act.

8. Follow all rules and procedures established at Elastochem Specialty Chemicals

9. Other duties as required.
