THE DEPARTMENT

The mission of the Technical Design Department is to develop our premier real estate network, with continuous improvement of existing spaces and entrepreneurial, selective expansion of new spaces.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Architecture team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing and executing on a wide variety of elevated spaces including new stores in exciting markets, state-of-the-art 500K sqft distribution centers and innovative office spaces. As the BIM Manager, Technical Design, you will oversee the production of project information models which contain 3D visualizations of each project, ensuring accurate and detailed representations of the creative vision to achieve a best-in-class, brand-propelling in-store experience. You will also be responsible for providing all necessary training and support to individual project teams, ensuring the Revit System and associated library is accurate and up to date. THE JOB

As the BIM Manager, Technical Store Design, you will:

- Gather and fully comprehend all internal information to be captured in the project drawing package.
- Explicitly document the design details as expected to be constructed.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the Technical Design process.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The BIM Manager Technical Store Design has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Building Technology, CAD and other AEC Applications
- An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
- An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
