**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Assist with basic store operations such as opening/closing procedures and maintaining cleanliness

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical information
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Basic merchandising knowledge and familiarity with retail sales principles are desirable
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed; punctuality and reliability are essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 32 per week
