a day in the life
This role manages core milestones and deliverables across cross functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all initiative based programs lead by Store Development.

They see the big picture and understand what it takes to be successful; analyzing and mitigating potential risk, tracking milestones, and reporting to working groups and leadership teams alike.

**The day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Accountable for the proactive date management of core deliverables and milestones across departments for initiative based programs lead by Store Development (Minor Works, Day 2, Change Management, Fleet Roll-Outs, etc.)
- Responsible for developing and implementing workback plans with key cross-functional stakeholders
- Responsible for leading regular status update meetings including developing and maintaining any custom tracking, reporting, or presentations as required to ensure the successful execution of all initiative work on time and on budget
- Lead monthly Capital Reinvestment Meetings with leadership team to review project updates, and any new initiative proposals
- Lead a cross-functional Change Management program for in-store capital investments including managing market tour feedback and updates to design standards
- Manage special projects/ assignments as required by Store Development leadership team

qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial and/or retail development
- Highly motivated, detail orientated, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external business partners
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Entrepreneurial spirit and an ego-less nature
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite - Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/ university
- PMP certification preferred
