3D Warehousing & Logistics is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Payable Administrator for our busy Hamilton office. We are a family-owned, full-service warehousing company that serves industrial and commercial customers in Hamilton and the rest of southern Ontario. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Gathering and sorting documents and related information
- Invoice billing by verifying transaction information, obtaining authorization of payment, and scheduling and preparing disbursements
- Reviewing the Accounts Receivable subledger to identify delinquent accounts/insufficient payments and communicating with customers regarding outstanding account balances
- Resolving account discrepancies through documentation investigation
- Maintaining financial records (filing documents)
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and qualifications required:

- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Must be organized
- Knowledge of MS Great Plains an asset

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Education**:
