POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client, **Deer Run Home Exteriors Inc.**is seeking an experienced **Home Exterior Renovation/ Installer** that will be responsible for installing soffit, facia, siding products, and other home finishes. Deer Run Home Exteriors Inc. is a home renovation company based in Lynden Ontario that has been operating for over 35 years.

**What we need from you**
- Minimum 3-5 yrs experience is required
- Experience in installing James Hardie siding is considered and asset
- Eavestrough, fascia and soffit installation experience is required
- Must have experience with eavestrough mitered cut corners
- Carpentry Experience is an asset
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Working at various heights training is considered an asset but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and mode of transportation
- Work well with others
- Customer focused

**What you will do**
- Safe setup, handling and operation of hand / power tools, ladders and other equipment
- Cut, handle, and form new materials fit to job specifications
- Installment and finishing of Eaves, Soffit, Fascia, Siding of various materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Learn new skills of the trade as they are taught to you
- Work in various weather condition with a positive attitude
- Proper use of PPE and other safety equipment
- All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brantford, ON (N3R): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
