**Position Summary**

We’re hiring an **Inside Sales Representative** to help convert inbound and warm leads into booked appointments and closed deals. This role is critical to our growth. You’ll be speaking with homeowners who have already shown interest, qualifying their needs, following up consistently, and moving them through the sales process.

If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by results, this role offers strong earning potential and room to grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound and warm follow-up calls to homeowners who have requested information
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and present appropriate solutions
- Book appointments and/or close deals over the phone
- Follow up with prospects consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Update and manage all lead activity in the CRM
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Work closely with marketing and management to improve lead quality and results

**Qualifications**
- Proven inside sales, call center, or phone-based sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Roofing, exterior, or home services experience is a strong asset (but not required)
