Brantford, Canada Hache Construction Full time

At **HACHÉ Construction**, we’re more than just builders — we’re the crew people trust to turn plans into real, beautiful spaces they’re proud to call home. Our **Belle Bath** division focuses on transforming outdated bathrooms into fresh, functional spaces — often in just a day or two.

We’re looking for a **hands-on Carpenter / Renovator** who knows bathrooms inside and out. Someone who can frame, trim, install, and problem-solve on site — and who takes real pride in the work they leave behind.

**What You’ll Do**
- Handle full bath remodels — tub/shower swaps, vanities, fixtures, trim, drywall, you name it.
- Do general carpentry work: framing, finish trim, baseboards, patching walls, flooring.
- Keep your site clean and safe — respect the client’s home.
- Help lead the crew on site, keep jobs moving, and figure stuff out when problems come up.
- Talk to the team, clients, and trades so everyone knows what’s happening.
- Pitch in with ordering materials, making sure you have what you need to get the job done.

**Who You Are**
- You’ve done bathroom renovations before — start to finish. This is **not** an entry-level gig.
- You’re handy with a saw, nail gun, level, and pretty much any tool in the van.
- You care about quality — sloppy work isn’t your thing.
- You’re reliable, you show up on time, and you don’t leave your crew hanging.
- You can read plans and follow scopes without someone watching over your shoulder.
- You’ve got a valid driver’s license and reliable wheels.

**What You Get**
- Steady work, year-round — no chasing jobs on Kijiji every week.
- A boss who actually respects you and your skills.
- A good crew you won’t mind having lunch with.
- Pay that matches what you bring to the table.

If you’re the real deal, we want to talk to you.

Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Benefits**:

- Profit sharing

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: On the road
