Freight Broker Dispatch

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Coordinate and manage freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to secure the best possible pricing for transportation services.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze shipping routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance service offerings.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) such as Load Link Etc
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and freight logistics.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Analytical skills to assess shipping methods and identify areas for improvement.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and carriers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and documentation requirements.
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
