**Who You Are**:You are a team player who is very attentive to detail and can work with little or no supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the highest sanitation standards are maintained
- Ensure the good order and maintenance of all equipment
- Clean Lobbies, rest rooms, offices, walkways, ramps and stairways of buildings
- Sweep, scrub, wash and polish floors and clean rugs
- Dust furniture, wash walls, ceilings and wood work
- Empty waste baskets, transport trash to disposal area
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working in a similar cleaning or janitorial role is considered an asset
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent people skills
- A Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-11-07
