We are looking for a Janitor/Custodian Man/Woman to take care of our buildings/properties and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our sites in a clean and orderly condition.

**Responsibilities**:
Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, garbage's, recycling and replenish supplies in bathrooms)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

may also work outside doing parking lot maintenance,landscaping duties, exterior building cleaning etc
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
Make adjustments ,minor repairs and building maintenance repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms and work vehicle
Be able to problem solve and maintain cleaning equipment
Cooperate with the rest of the staff and be a team player
Follow all health and safety regulations
Must have a smart phone and be able to clock in and out from a website
will be using back pack and upright vacuums, imop scrubbers and small, medium and large walk behind scrubbers, buffers and burnishers and other assorted equipment
may also be scheduled to do other tasks such as outdoor maintenance ( may include landscaping duties, pressure washing etc)

**Skills**:
Proven working experience as a janitor/cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity and ability to work independently
High school diploma

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
