The Comfort Inn Airport is looking to fill a Night Audit/Front Desk Agent Position. Shifts are a guaranteed 2 nights a week: 11pm-7am Friday and Saturday overnights and and other shifts as needed. 16-40 hours a week.

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by dealing with guests in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner, answering any questions and following up on requests and problems promptly. The Guest Services Agent is also responsible for maximizing the selling, up-selling and cross-selling of hotel rooms by turning prospect clients into hotel guests. It is also the responsibility of the agent to efficiently handle any function of the front office from the reception, to guest accounting, reservations, telephones, and guest check-in and out, breakfast preparation and laundry in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

All Front Desk duties include but are not limited to:

- answering phone calls
- taking reservations
- providing excellent customer service
- using computer system and phone system
- checking guests in and out
- balancing credit cards and cash payments
- breakfast prep and clean up
- laundry

For this roll **attention to detail**and **reliability**is a must. We are looking for the perfect person to join our Comfort Inn family. Industry experience is ideal but not necessarily required. **Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and guest service skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Ability to handle computer operations efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and night shifts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.70 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale Machine: 1 year (preferred)
- Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Cleaning/Laundry: 1 year (preferred)
