**Overview**

Mundi Hotels have an opening for a self-motivated, responsible, and well-organized professional for a full-time Front Desk Agent, located in the Coast Lonsdale Quay Hotel. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, and supporting the Guest Services Department and Finance Department, the Front Desk Agent will have broad responsibilities providing exceptional guest service while managing guest reservations and inquiries.

**Duties Include**:

- Welcoming guests and providing guest services, including concierge information.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, and making new guest reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications, Skills & Abilities**:

- Previous Hotel Front Desk Agent experience preferred.
- 1+ years of front-line guest services experience required
- Post-secondary education, preference for in the Hospitality field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team dynamic.
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Exceptionally detailed oriented and well organized
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook,

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
