Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide accurate information about different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs - Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of cannabis use - Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems - Maintain inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and organized work environment - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes Skills: - Retail sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust - Excellent communication skills in both Frenchify and English - Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with computer operations for inventory management and sales transactions - Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
