As a growing small business, we value quality and craftsmanship while striving for expansion and excellence in our industry." **Summary** Inside Sales Representative (Outside Sales, 2x/week) **Summary**: **Responsibilities**: - Generate new leads, nurture prospects, and convert leads to customers from the office. - Maintain records of sales activities and client communications in CRM software. - Schedule and conduct outside sales visits twice weekly to current and prospective accounts. - Deliver product demonstrations and presentations both virtually and during in-person visits. - Develop and execute territory management plans for the outside sales days. - Provide ongoing account management and resolve customer issues. - Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams for a seamless sales process. - Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales contracts for both remote and in-person clients. **Qualifications**: - 2+ years experience in inside, outside, or hybrid sales roles. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to independently organize travel routes and manage a flexible schedule. - Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for sales visits twice per week. **Additional Requirements**: - Results-driven mindset with a passion for relationship-building and achieving targets. - Adaptable communication style for both remote and face-to-face meetings. - High attention to detail and organizational skills for multitasking between inside and outside sales activities.
