Reporting to the Executive Director, Team & Culture, the Coordinator is a key support for the Team & Culture department in delivering an exceptional Team Member
experience. In this role, you will oversee critical functions such as managing the uniform program, coordinating data updates, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to special projects. You will also play a key role in communication, research, and presentation development, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

**What you will be doing**:
**Administrative Support**
- Coordinate the WinSport uniform program, including sourcing, distribution, collection, and ensuring program efficiency.
- Manage data updates within HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, and managing paperwork.
- Support payroll processes as a backup resource.

**Onboarding and Training**
- Collaborate with Team & Culture Advisors to ensure seamless onboarding of new Team Members.
- Coordinate and communicate the benefit programs to new Team Members, respond to questions and work with the benefit administration to ensure STD/LTD claims are successfully managed.
- Manage the department's Learning Management System (LMS) and Franklin Covey System, including initiating and coordinating both onsite and online training.

**Project and Policy Coordination**
- Assist in creating visually engaging and impactful presentations.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support departmental decision-making.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date department policies, ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Lead or assist with special projects as assigned by the Executive Director.

**What you bring**:

- Post-secondary education in office administration, business administration or another related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an office assistant, or in a comparable administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines for multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and make effective informed decisions.
- Creative problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with IA technology such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Experience with UKG systems and other Learning Management Systems.

**You will be**:

- Working in an office based position (with a standard work week of 40 hours with flexibility to accommodate weekend work to meet operational needs).
- Working in a warehouse environment when managing the uniform program.
- Frequently utilizing technology.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, repetitive movements related to computer tasks.
- Occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds, standing, and mobility required to receive and manage uniform inventory.
