About Us:
Compassion Senior Care is Senior Home Care Provider seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a positive and supportive company culture, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with our partner colleges.
Job Summary:
The People & Culture Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the human resources affairs for the Company. The responsibilities include creating attraction and retention systems, overseeing recruitment and onboarding new staff, record-keeping, performance reviews, and coordinating employees’ relations.
**Responsibilities**:
** **- **Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent**
**- Create and implement policies and procedures to develop, retain, and engage employees**
**- Oversee and process the Company’s payroll accurately and on schedule.**
**- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills**
**- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through various initiatives and programs**
**- Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and management**
**- Analyze HR metrics and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention**
**- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance**
**Requirements**:
** 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry**
** Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field**
** Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee development, and culture building**
** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills**
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks**
** Knowledge of labor laws and regulations**
** Experience with HR software and systems**
Nice to Have:
** Experience working with HCA colleges or similar partnerships**
** Certification in HR (diploma or similar)**
** Experience with employee engagement and retention initiatives**

Pay: $35,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
