Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Booking Sales Manager & Dispatcher to join our team. This role requires someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing bookings while coordinating drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound / outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage and process customer bookings, quotes, and sales requests.
- Maintain and update customer data and booking records.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for trips, ensuring efficient route management.
- Communicate with drivers to provide trip details, updates, and resolve issues.
- Support the sales process by following up on leads and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, booking management, sales, or a related role is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, booking software, and data management.
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability (weekends or evenings may be required based on business needs).
