Trusted Truck Sales is one of the well-established trucking dealerships in North America for used and new trucks. Our dealership consists of esteemed fleet-maintained vehicles. There are multiple types of trucks including all makes and models. Our team is committed in providing excellent customer service to our esteemed clients.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to find clients to build strategic relationships that support lengthy sales cycles, in a finance & professional services sales model
- Five or more years’ experience in business development/sales required
- High sales acumen
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the leasing and fleet management marketplace would be considered a huge asset
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related discipline

**What you'll do**:

- Responsible for managing operations, staff & Sales
- Coach and train sales staff and continually work on strengthening the team
- Desk deals and assist with closing sales for sales associates
- Train, grow and lead sales staff
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Monitor the store customer satisfaction rate and ensure the utmost satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong relations with both customer and staff
- Identify and provide sales and financing solutions for customers
- Oversee advertising/marketing/social media ideas
- Determines annual unit and gross profit plans, analyzing trends and results with upper management
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of dealer shows reviewing pricing and product specifications, establishing rapport with suppliers

**Pay is negotiable as per experience & excellent perks, Incentives**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
