Overview:

As an assisted sales representative you will be assigned to a single store location on a full-time basis for the duration of this contract. In this role you will be promoting our brand’s products to consumers while communicating key messaging and driving brand awareness for their lineup of television and audio products. You will be responsible for actively selling to consumers to the point where the sale is handed off to a store associate to complete, while also offering training advice to store associates, and assisting existing consumers with any questions or concerns they are having with our brand’s products

The goal of this position is to grow sales and market share within the assigned store location. Results will be measured weekly, and everyone will have a target to achieve for the duration of the contract. Bonus incentives will be available depending on target attainment.

LG Electronics is currently seeking a Field Sales Representatives with a passion for selling and training on Home Entertainment Products.

As a Field Sales Representatives you will build and manage client relationships at the corporate, dealer and retail level and help build brand awareness with various vendors, retail locations and dealers. Responsibilities - Manage day to day client liaison at a retail level - Foster strong relationships with retailers - Provide coaching to Sales Representatives - Training of Retailer Staff - Conduct Pre
- Scheduled training sessions weekly - Provide Sales Assists at locations weekly - Gather market analysis and report market trends of how product is perceived in the market - Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training - Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required - Ensuring stock levels of merchandise meets product demand and report back - Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in market - Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence - Provide feedback to National Field Manager and LG - Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in field - Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs - Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand

Qualifications:
Requirements
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Entertainment or Retail sector

- Minimum 3 years of Retail Experience - Experience in being a Field Sales Representative

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting exceeding performance objectives
- Available to travel within the market. (Must love being on the road) Additional Info:
