*Job Summary*

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties after damage caused by water, fire, or mold. You will work on-site to clean up and rebuild structures to their pre-damaged state.

*Duties*
- Assess damage and develop restoration plans
- Clean and sanitize affected areas
- Remove debris and damaged materials
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for restoration work
- Rebuild structures as needed
- Document restoration process for insurance purposes

*Qualifications*
- Experience in building, cleaning, and restoring properties
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of restoration techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

*WORK PERMIT REQUIRED*

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
