**Your Role & Responsibilities**
Emergency Response: Flood Mitigation and remediation, ensuring quick and effective action in emergency situations.
Equipment Management: Install and maintain drying equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. Maintaining equipment as required.
Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate logs of consumables, equipment, and job progress, while regularly updating Project Managers with photos and notes on company software.
Communication: Proactively report job site conditions and concerns.
Safety: Demonstrate a solid understanding of safety principles and operate machinery safely.
Customer Protocols: Follow all customer requirements to ensure high satisfaction.
**What We Need from You**
Experience: Restoration or construction-related experience is essential.
Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and proficiency with technology and software.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs, access tight spaces, and sustain physical activity such as standing, sitting, and kneeling.
Flexibility: Willingness to work under time constraints and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Legal Requirements: Valid BC Driver’s license with a clear record and legal permission to work in Canada.
Self-Starters: Excellent time management and independent working skills.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in following instructions and meeting deadlines.
Team Players: Able to work well in team settings as well as independently.
Committed: eliable and available for overtime when necessary.
