The Role
We're looking for an experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to manage on-site restoration projects. You'll lead a team, assess water damage, operate drying equipment, and ensure jobs follow IICRC standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work, leadership skills, and excellent customer communication.

What You'll Do
  • Lead water damage restoration crews
  • Perform structural drying assessments (IICRC standards)
  • Operate and maintain drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
  • Demolish wet matierials (drywall, flooring, cabinet, etc)
  • Communicate with property owners and insurance reps
  • Participate in 24/7 rotating on-call schedule

What You Bring
  • 2+ years in a lead water damage role
  • IICRC certification (preferred)
  • Valid Canadian driver's license & clean record
  • Physically fit (lifting, bending, kneeling required)
  • Organized, dependable, strong communicator
