OCTS’s Acheson location is looking for a **CSR**. This is a **full-time position Monday to Friday day shift**. Must be very dependable and able to work without supervision.
Along with your superior interpersonal skills, you have highly developed organizational and priority management skills. You are driven to continually improve upon the customer experience and are enthusiastic and positive about learning new ways to better the business. You are skilled at using computers. You are a person who is responsible, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and a good communicator. You have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting solutions in a busy environment and possess the following roles and responsibilities:
**Qualifications**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for **entering data** according to a specified format, updating and maintaining the database, and running reports.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a data entry clerk
- Understanding of transportation and customer service is an asset
- Shipping & receiving experience and superb attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at any given time
- Self-motivated and enjoys a fast-paced work environment
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with EXCEL/PDF system is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
