Come share your passion with us **The role we are offering you**: - Provide general administrative support to Vice Presidents and their team including, but not limited: managing a complex calendar, arranging travel, processing expense reports, and taking notes/tracking meeting actions. - Act as a point of contact for all requests and questions and manage the flow of information quickly and accurately. - Prepare content for Vice-President meetings (power point presentation, weekly or monthly reports, memos), and support project management for specific initiatives within the teams. - Coordinate on-site team event logistics, off-site event arrangements, hotel accommodations, meeting rooms, social events. - Connect with internal support teams (finance, purchasing and supply team, information technology, etc.) for PO opening, invoice reconciliation, contract management, etc. - Maintain and order office supplies. - Greet visitors and prepare conference rooms for meetings. - Coordinate with the company's executive assistants to organize internal and external meetings. - Perform other related tasks as assigned. - Requires more than 10 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role in a large company. - Work ethic, independent and proactive; team spirit, dedicated, and rigor in the necessary follow-ups. - Impeccable judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. - Positive and professional attitude. - High energy level. - Desire to grow and learn new skills. - Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. - Great attention to detail and extremely organized with a great sense of urgency. - Ability to juggle several files and know how to prioritize tasks. - Punctual, have the flexibility to occasionally work beyond normal office hours. - In-depth Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Bilingualism (English and French) spoken and written. **CAE offers**: - an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued - the opportunity to travel internationally - the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team - the opportunity to represent the organization at external conventions and conferences - the possibility to work from home occasionally - flexible schedules - attractive employee benefits LI-JN1 **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
