We are growing and offer a bright future as the employer of choice for this industry. SeedMaster is currently seeking innovative and results-oriented **Quality Assurance (QA) Manager**

You will be responsible for managing all quality activities within SeedMaster. The QA Manager will develop and control all quality plans to support the needs of the business. You will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and procedures.

**What will you be working on?**
- Implement and maintain a quality assurance guide and establish QA practices and procedures.
- Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
- Establish a quality culture and conduct quality assurance training for all employees
- Set quality objectives aligned with the business plan and create action plans to ensure target achievement
- Partner with purchasing and engineering to ensure quality compliance of supplied materials
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, maintained, and administered for the QA programs
- Perform root cause analysis on quality issues
- Plan, lead, and perform QA Audits on finished products to ensure quality issues and reduce defects

**What is required for this role?**
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- QA/QC: 1 year (preferred)
