- Promote positive attitudes and ensure junior staff is knowledgeable of and follow all policies,

procedures, regulations and other government legislation
- Read and interpret instructions from work orders to determine requirements and specifications for the

packaging and preparation of materials being shipped to various locations
- Inspect completed jobs for quality assurance and sign off on work orders
- Train workers in the proper use of tools, packaging of materials, safety procedures and company policies
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers who assemble, fabricate & inspect products
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments or

shifts
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assemble crates, pack goods to be shipped and attach identifying information and shipping instructions

(“Packing Slips’)
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks and other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods
- Tend machines or equipment used such as compressors and generators
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicates them to employee
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure that all received goods are inspected
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Coordinates with sales to ensure all schedules are adhered to and deadlines met
- Conduct employee disciplinary actions when required
- Conduct hazard assessments and participate in incident investigations when required
- Allocate workload through bays 4, 6, 10 and craneway when required
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Offering assistance to the road crews to maintain schedule and proper procedures.
- Monthly inventory count
- Sustain and drive lean manufacturing a5s activities
