The hotel is urgently hiring for Front Desk Agent.

The Agent is always Welcoming & Smiling at all times & engaging with all the guests.

Providing Highest guest satisfaction is our # 1 Goal at the Hotel.

Coordinating all guests requests /Complaints on timely manner with Housekeeping & Maintenance dept. in order to make sure everything is resolved before check in & any requests coming from the guests after check in as well, in order to result in 100 % satisfaction of the guests.

Verifying all the information & special Request upon check in process of the guest and follow up on details of payment method upon check out as well & other details.

Maintain a high level of customer service & Professionalism with the Guests at all times.

Have full knowledge of the area and attractions in order to help the guests with directions & serve as a liaison for guests requiring information relating to things to do in the area.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1 year minimum previous hotel experience required but not necessary.

Knowledge of Hotel PMS system an asset

Must possess excellent Organizational, detail oriented & Communication skills both spoken & written.

Ability to work as a team & able to Multi task in this position.

Previous Front desk/reservation hotel experience is preferred but not necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Work Location: In person
