**Responsibilities**

**Brand Strategy and Management**
- Manage the corporate brand identity across all touch points collaboratively with different functions and sites
- Ensure brand consistency across global marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal communications.
- Coordinate procurement of all brand products (merchandise) and inventory control

**Marketing Strategy and Execution**
- Leverage software like Google Analytics or Tableau to process and interpret complex data sets, generating insights for marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and visual presentations summarizing findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives
- Coordinate with production, sales, and design teams, etc. to build appropriate messaging and disseminate to appropriate channels
- Manage trade show presence and industry events, including registration, booth set up, design and promotional materials.

**Content Creation and Communications**
- Create compelling content for press releases, websites, social media brochures, and customer presentations.
- Seek and create content that represents the company’s activities, innovations, culture, and other aspects aligned with the value proposition
- Support the Human Resources function with the creating of internal communications to support employee engagement and organizational alignment.

**Digital Marketing and Analytics**
- Manage digital marketing efforts including websites and LinkedIn presence obtaining inputs from across the company and curating it to align with our marketing strategy

**Lead Generation and Analytics**
- Perform market research to collect and analyze and identify companies that fit PakFab's target customer profile
- Reach out to potential customers and identify the appropriate contacts to distribute to the sales team
- Track a variety of sales related metrics including leads, quotes, orders, etc. and produce reports as needed
- Track competitor strategies and industry trends to support data-driven decisions
- Assess the performance of marketing and business development plans and tools and provide data-backed suggestions for improvement
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in brand strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns across digital, print, and internal channels
- Experience writing press releases, website copy, brochures, and internal communications for employee engagement
- Strong working knowledge of marketing principles. Strong skills in SEO, SEM, social media management (LinkedIn), and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience performing market research, identify target profiles, and support lead generation and sales metrics tracking.
- Proven ability to manage projects, collaborate across teams (sales, design, production), and ensure brand consistency
- Experience managing trade shows and industry events, including booth design and promotional materials
- Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to shape future marketing plans and improve performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present insights, strategies, and collaborate with senior leaders and teams. Creative and versatile

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
