We are now hiring a **General Manager** at our **Adelaide location** in **Toronto,ON.** Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality. This role will be responsible for leading our team members in a high-volume location and driving profitability.

**What You’ll Do**:
As key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as employee scheduling and labour forecasting
- Work closely with the team to achieve quality-driven goals
- provide leadership for innovation, creativity, and unique approaches to business development opportunities and operations issues
- Hire, train, lead and develop an engaging team
- taking initiative to help your team grow within the organization
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity and adhere to the brand standards of CRAFT
- Follow and implement process and procedures

**What You've Done**:

- Restaurant Management: 2-3 years’ experience
