**Position Overview**:
As we forge ahead, Fitness Avenue seeks a proactive General Manager to lead our vibrant team, optimizing operations, and fortifying our brand promise. The role demands a vision-driven approach, ensuring every department aligns with our ethos, achieves operational excellence, and propels our growth trajectory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Oversight**: Guide day-to-day business operations, ensuring consistent procedural efficiency across all departments.
- **Departmental Synergy**: Champion inter-departmental collaboration, setting unified goals and ensuring timely task execution.
- **Procedural Adherence & Development**: Shape and refine company-wide SOPs. Drive process enhancements and champion adherence.
- **Performance Monitoring & Accountability**: Conduct frequent departmental assessments, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- **Role Review & Restructuring**: Continuously assess, modify, and optimize company roles, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- **Issue Resolution & Mediation**: Steer inter-departmental conflict resolution, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- **Training & Development**: Identify and spearhead employee training initiatives, elevating skill sets and fostering growth.
- **Vendor Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with vendors, optimizing cost structures and deriving maximum value.
- **Employee Management**: Oversee all aspects of HR, from recruitment and appraisals to role optimizations.
- **Legal & Compliance Oversight**: Ensure operational adherence to legal regulations and standards.
- **Equipment & Infrastructure Management**: Oversee the upkeep of critical company infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- **Strategic Growth & Planning**: Collaborate with senior leadership, shaping the future trajectory of Fitness Avenue.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor budgets, ensuring resource optimization and financial prudence.
- **Customer Relations**: Elevate customer service experiences, ensuring consistent customer delight.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay attuned to market shifts, ensuring Fitness Avenue remains agile and competitive.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Solid track record in a managerial role, ideally within the fitness, eCommerce or retail sector.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical prowess with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the fitness industry is a distinct advantage.
