**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
- Provide support to Admin departments such as data entry, accounts receivable and payable, reconciling accounts, filing
- Facilitate electronic payments

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Personable, eager to work with the public
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Accounting background is desirable
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week
