**Paint Technician with Sales Responsibilities - Ottawa Market**

**About Consolidated Dealers**
Consolidated Dealers is a trusted supplier to collision-repair facilities across Ontario. We provide industry-leading paint systems, consumables, and equipment, along with technical and business support to help shops succeed.

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a Paint Technician with sales responsibilities to join our Ottawa team. This role blends technical expertise with customer relationship management. You will support our shops in the proper use of BASF paint systems, provide training and product demonstrations, and help grow sales across the market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver hands-on technical support and color-matching assistance
- Train shop staff on BASF paint systems and digital tools (including Refinity)
- Promote and sell paint-related consumables and equipment
- Support new shop conversions and equipment installs
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and help shops achieve targets

**What We’re Looking For**
- Background as a paint technician or refinisher (BASF experience is an asset)
- Strong interest or experience in sales and account management
- Confident communicator with the ability to train and influence others
- Self-motivated and organized with good time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in the Ottawa market
