**Who We Are Looking For**

We are looking for customer service oriented, licensed security guards who are ready to join our dynamic team. This role is suited for dedicated, punctual professionals who exemplify a commitment to continuous learning, empathy, composure, and professionalism in all aspects of their work situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage access control and conduct security checks.
- Ensure compliance of event and venue rules.
- Monitoring sites and crowds either stationary or patrolling.
- Managing and de-escalating unruly behaviour.
- Respond to incidents in a calm and efficient manner.
- Keep detailed notes and prepare thorough reports.
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients, patrons and artists.

**Requirements**:

- **Must Have**:Valid AB Security License.
- **Must Have**: Standard First Aid certification.
- **Must Have**: Strong customer service orientation.
- **Must Have**: Good physical fitness and able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods in all types of weather conditions.
- **Must Have**: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Must Have**: A strong work ethic, and respectful in all situations.
- **Must Be**: Able to commute to various event sites throughout the city.
- **Must Be**: Able to closely follow instructions.
- **Must Be**: Willing to work shifts consistently month to month.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security or related field is an asset.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle. Not required but a great addition.

- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
