- **Patrolling**: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- **Access Control**: Verify identification and manage entry to secure areas, ensuring only authorized personnel have access.
- **Surveillance**: Operate and monitor security cameras and alarms, responding promptly to any suspicious activities.
- **Incident Reporting**: Document and report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches, maintaining clear and accurate records.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or medical situations, following established protocols to ensure safety.
- **Customer Service**: Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.

Required Work Experience:

- No prior experience is necessary for entry-level positions, although experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.

**Skills**:

- **Observation Skills**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to notice unusual or suspicious activities.
- **Communication**: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- **Basic First Aid**: Familiarity with basic first aid procedures is a plus.

**Education**:

- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A basic educational requirement for entry-level security guard positions.
- **Security Guard Certification**: Some regions may require a specific certification or license, which may involve completing a training program.
