Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and reliable Security Guards to join our dynamic team at Guard Tower Security. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises. You will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity.
  • Monitor security systems, including cameras and alarms, and respond to alerts as needed.
  • Provide a visible security presence to deter potential security threats and ensure a safe environment.
  • Assist with access control, including screening visitors and employees.
  • Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, following established protocols.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, activities, and observations.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service skills.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR License
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid security guard license.
  • Previous security experience is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
