We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant with experience working in _**DI (Diagnostic Imaging) Clinics, and having billing experience will be an asset**_

**Qualifications We Seek**:

- **Training or experience as a Medical Office Assistant**:

- **Self-motivated to balance and organize a number of responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment while ensuring attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency**:

- **A desire to learn new technologies plus savvy computer skills**:

- **Excellent organization and time management skills**:

- Requirements include multi-tasking, 60 wpm, strong anatomy knowledge, strong patient care, ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- A passion for customer service and building patient relationships

**Duties Include (but not limited to)**:

- Assisting patients, technicians, sonographers, radiologists, and other team members with varying tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, such as complete patient check-ins, appointment bookings/rebookings, cancellations, equipment cleaning, cleaning patient rooms and other necessary duties.
- Booking all Diagnostic Imaging, Breast Imaging, Bone Densitometry, and Ultrasound appointments, Pain Management, etc.
- Providing patient care - escorting patients to appropriate examination areas and providing changing instructions.
- Prioritizing and completing tasks according to urgency.
- Completing accurate data entry into InteleRIS of patient demographics in accordance with clinic processes.
- Answering all incoming calls and re-directing when necessary.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
